We have a complete range of spraying devices, which are used worldwide for safe process observation. Our spraying devices meet the highest quality standards – according to our quality commitment “Swiss Excellence – Since 1936”.

Spraying devices are used for the temporary or continuous cleaning of the inside of glass plates that are installed in sight glasses. They are suitable for pressure or vacuum vessels. Cleaning is carried out with liquid. Depending on the requirements, several spraying devices can be installed in one sight glass.

The operating conditions correspond to the design of the sight glass in which the spraying device is installed. Installation does not affect the operating conditions of the sight glass. Use in potentially explosive atmospheres is permitted.

Requirements

Our portfolio consists of four product series, whose products cover all common requirements. Here is an overview of the possibilities:

Application:

For circular sight glasses to/ similar to DIN 28120: Fitting into the flanges (i.e., in holes in the base and cover flange)
For all sight glasses (with the exception of obround and rectangular sight glasses): Fitting into into the glass plate (i.e., in centric hole)
Position of the spray head (for circular sight glasses according to/ similar to DIN 28120):

Spray head in the center: Most efficient solution with evenly distributed spray pattern, but with a restricted field of vision
Spray head on the side: Without restriction of the field of vision, but with a less even spray pattern
Holes (for spray heads on the side):

The industry standard: Threaded hole in the base flange; used when replacing existing spraying devices
The further development: Normal hole in the base flange; used in case of higher tightness requirements
