We have a complete range of wipers and motorized wipers, which are used worldwide for safe process observation. Our wipers and motorized wipers meet the highest quality standards – according to our quality commitment “Swiss Excellence – Since 1936”.

Wipers and motorized wipers are used wherever sight glasses or metal-fused sight glasses need to be kept free of liquids or dust and dirt, either regularly or sporadically.

In addition to central wipers, whose use in pressure or vacuum vessels is limited by their design, lateral wipers enable the cleaning of glass plates in case of higher pressures or vacuums.

Requirements

Our portfolio consists of six product series. Each product is configurable according to your needs. This allows us to cover all common requirements. Here is an overview of the possibilities:

Compatibility:

For sight glasses according or similar to DIN 28120, DIN 28121, DIN 11851, for metal fused sight glasses or for biogas sight glasses
Nominal sizes:

For all nominal sizes from DN 40, or from a glass diameter of 51 mm
Nominal pressure:

Up to 16 bar, depending on the glass plate and the design (central vs. lateral design), can be used in a vacuum
Operating temperature:

Up to 200°C, depending on the wiper blade and the glass plate
Possible combinations:

Can be combined with light fittings, camera systems, and spraying devices
Design:

Central or lateral design
Drive:

Manual or pneumatic
Wiper blades:

One-wiper blade version or double-wiper blade version
Operating type:

Lever arm with ratchet, knob, or T-handle
Product-contact parts:

Made of 1.4435 or Hastelloy/ C22

Wiper blades with FDA, gaskets with FDA and USP Class VI (optional)
