We have a specific range of sterile solutions (STERI-LINE©), which are used worldwide for safe and sterile process observation. Our sterile solutions meet the highest quality standards – according to our quality commitment “Swiss Excellence – Since 1936”.

Our sterile solutions have been specifically designed for sterile/ aspetic applications (i.e., clean rooms) and are primarily used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, and cosmetics industries. The products are matched to each other so that in combination they meet the highest requirements for sterility and cleanability.

They are used for the illumination and observation of small and pilot apparatus as well as other closed vessels (such as boilers, agitators, tanks, or bioreactors) in sterile/ aseptic enviroments.

Requirements

Generally, the sterile solutions are combinations of light fittings and sight glasses. Each product is configurable according to your needs. This allows us to cover all common requirements. Of course, all products can also be ordered individually. Here is an overview of the possibilities:

STERI-LINE© light fittings:

Stainless steel housing
Electropolished housing
Housing without corners/ edges (i.e., rounded housing, without nameplate, but with laser marking)
Without hinge, but as plug-in version for metal-fused sight glasses (with Tri-Clamp/ NA-Connect)
IP 66 and IP 68 (to EN 60529)
For up to +144°C at the glass
