MAX MÜLLER has been a family business for three generations. This shapes our corporate culture, which is characterized by long-term working relationships, respectful interaction, and an informal environment with flat hierarchies.

At the same time, we have a modern infrastructure, professional staff processes and benefits that meet the standards of much larger companies.

The focus on our employees and corporate culture is firmly anchored in our strategy. Our team is one of the three pillars of the “Triple Excellence” strategy. Accordingly, we invest a lot in our team and our corporate culture.

Insurance benefits above the standard

We go above and beyond the standard (with private accident insurance, higher retirement credits in the pension fund, higher disability/ partner/ orphan's pensions, etc.). We make sure that no one is left out in the cold.

Support with further training and personal goals

Personal development plays an important role in our human capital process. Togehter, we define goals and work towards them. If necessary, we also support external trainings.

Modern, pleasant, and safe working environment

Our offices are newly renovated, bright, and modern. In summer, we enjoy our lunch or after-work beer on the terrace or in the garden. At the same time, we attach great importance to occupational safety (including appropriate training).

Modern IT, clear processes, and flat hierarchies

We work with a cloud-based and fully integrated ERP system. Responsibilities are clear and decision-making paths are short. This allows us to avoid conflicts between teams and long waits for decisions from superiors.

Regular events

Among a wide range of events, you will find something suitable for you. This could be the after-work beers (“Beers of the World”), the pizza lunches, the joint picnics in our warehouse, or the annual summer parties and Christmas dinners.

Open communication and direct feedback

We provide proactive and comprehensive information. Our team knows where we are going and where we stand. We hold regular town halls (with everyone) and send out regular newsletters. You will also receive personal and direct feedback and appreciation.
