Our biogas solutions have been specifically designed for the application on fermenters. The products are matched to each other and are usually installed as system solutions for video monitoring. A system solution consists of ...

(1) a biogas sight glass
(2) a wiper or motorized wiper
(3) a spraying device
(4) an [Ex] light fitting
(5) an [Ex] camera

Our solutions allow efficient and safe visual monitoring of the processes in the fermenter, either on site or in a control room (or on the Internet).

Requirements

Our biogas solutions are used either in new plants or in existing plants (“retrofit”). You can configure the products according to your needs. This allows us to cover all common requirements. Here is an overview of the possibilities:

(A) Area of application:

Fermenters/ digestate storage tanks made of concrete, coated, or enameled materials, or stainless steel
(B) Installation/ product types:

Installation from the inside, with flat or inclined design (so-called “panoramic design”)
Installation from the outside (without opening the fermenter/ roof), with flat design
(C) Materials/ configuration options:

(1) Biogas sight glass
Made of steel or stainless steel (product-contacting side)
With soda lime glass
With gaskets suitable for biogas applications
(2) Wiper
As single or double wiper
As a manual wiper or as a pneumatic wiper
